The typical dishes of Alto Adige: our experience!

The weather is gray in Pavia and the ticking of the rain keeps me company during this autumn Sunday. My mind still dreams the beautiful landscapes of Trentino Alto Adige seen during my last trip.

Since it is almost time for dinner I decided to tell you about all the dishes we tried during our Travel in Val d’Isarco.

Canederli

Canaderli, they are “big balls” usually made of bread, eggs, milk that is flavored with parsley, bacon, bacon or cheese.
